DeBord Falls is a small two-tiered waterfall of roughly 12 feet reached about 0.6 miles up the Panther Branch Trail in Frozen Head State Park near Wartburg. It is often hiked together with nearby Emory Gap Falls in a roughly 3-mile round trip.

Its 12 ft drop is taller than about 4% of the 775 waterfalls we track.

DeBord Falls sits on Emory River (Flat Fork). It lies in Morgan, Tennessee. The site is on public land managed by Frozen Head State Park (TN State Parks).

This is a short hike waterfall: reached by a short trail, generally under about a mile each way. The walk in is brief — comfortable shoes are usually all you need. The walk to the main viewpoint runs about 1.2 miles round trip. The nearest town is Wartburg.

When to go: Spring (high flow). Water volume swings with the seasons here, strongest after snowmelt or rain and lowest in late summer, so check recent streamflow before you go.
