ChasingFalls (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates chasingfalls.org (the “Site”), a publication covering U.S. waterfalls: locations, heights, access, and seasonal flow, drawn from the USGS Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) and federal land-management records.
