Waikamoi Falls is a small waterfall of about 40 feet that plunges into a clear pool just off the shoulder of the Hāna Highway on East Maui. A very short walk of only a few minutes from roadside parking reaches the intimate falls.

At 40 ft, it stands above roughly 33% of the 775 documented falls in this guide.

The falls are fed by Waikamoi Stream. You'll find it in Maui, Hawaii. It is protected within Hawaii DOT (Hāna Highway right-of-way).

This is a short hike waterfall: reached by a short trail, generally under about a mile each way. A short walk gets you to the viewpoint, so it works for most casual visitors and families. Base a visit out of Haʻikū, the closest town.

When to go: year-round. Like most waterfalls, Waikamoi Falls runs highest after snowmelt or heavy rain and can thin out in late summer, so it's worth checking recent streamflow and the land manager's conditions page before a long drive.
