Veterans Falls is a three-tier cascade on the Thunder River in Veterans Memorial Park, just west of Crivitz in Marinette County. The falls is reached via a short path over a wooden bridge or a staircase down the hillside to the river.
The falls are fed by Thunder River. It lies in Marinette, Wisconsin. The site is on public land managed by Marinette County.
This is a short hike waterfall: reached by a short trail, generally under about a mile each way. The walk in is brief — comfortable shoes are usually all you need. The nearest town is Crivitz.
When to go: spring. Water volume swings with the seasons here, strongest after snowmelt or rain and lowest in late summer, so check recent streamflow before you go.
