Silver Cascade is a tall cascade waterfall in New Hampshire, dropping 250 ft (76 m).
Its water comes from Silver Cascade Brook. You'll find it in Carroll, New Hampshire. It is protected within Crawford Notch State Park.
This is a roadside waterfall: visible from a road, parking area, or a walk of a few hundred feet. Base a visit out of Hart's Location, the closest town.
When to go: Spring snowmelt (Apr-Jun). Like most waterfalls, Silver Cascade runs highest after snowmelt or heavy rain and can thin out in late summer, so it's worth checking recent streamflow and the land manager's conditions page before a long drive.
