At 133 ft, Grace's High Falls is one of the taller waterfalls in Alabama — a horsetail waterfall worth seeking out.

The falls are fed by Bear Creek. It lies in DeKalb, Alabama. The site is on public land managed by National Park Service (Little River Canyon National Preserve).

This is a roadside waterfall: visible from a road, parking area, or a walk of a few hundred feet. The nearest town is Fort Payne.

When to go: Winter and spring; often dry in summer. Like most waterfalls, Grace's High Falls runs highest after snowmelt or heavy rain and can thin out in late summer, so it's worth checking recent streamflow and the land manager's conditions page before a long drive.
